We are looking for a collaborative individual with a get-things-done mindset who can take our student experience to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse current state of operational systems & research on student UX.
Ideate, design, develop, porotype & scale operational processes on each segment of student lifecycle.
Collaborate with academic, product, operations & student success teams to ensure student experience is delightful.
Experiment & innovate with new systems, structures & processes leading to better outcomes for our students.

Requirements:

1+ years of prior experience in Program/Project Management.
Excellent on problem solving, breaking problems in smaller chunks, creating structure from scratch.
Demonstrated ability of proactive communication & handling multiple stakeholders.
Self driven independent contributor with approach of getting things done.
