Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reaching out to prospective parents to provide information about our school's programs and offerings.
- Support in effectively communicating the value proposition of company to prospective students and families.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to achieving set monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into Admissions.
- Assist in maintaining a database of leads, follow up with inquiries, and track progress towards sales goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Learn and contribute to building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective parents.
- Assist in addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide support in delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all prospective students.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on educational trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and admissions teams to enhance the school'sofferings and marketing strategies.
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
