Key responsibilities include:

Service Home page merchandizing: Owner of the page ordering and execution. Working with stakeholders to test and merchandize winning graphics and widgets. Understand and use merchandising and customerfacing metrics to guide decision making
Gateway merchandizing: Will be responsible to monitor and manager gateway campaigns to improve on metrics of SOV and CTR
Other traffic channels: Working with traffic channel SMEs to drive engagement with right customer facing messaging

Key Requirements

Ability to handle high visibility, dynamic launches with clear, firm communication to all stakeholders
Designing and executing online campaigns which improve customer experience
Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating teams and communicating to Content creators, program teams
Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations
Working independently on key deliverables
Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast paced environment
Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include HTML, XML and Excel, plus the ability to learn our inhouse tools quickly
Good appreciation or interest for Marketing as a Job Family
