Description

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and job specifications.

Manage and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.

Provide regular reporting and analysis on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.

Participate in the offer negotiation process and coordinate the onboarding of new hires.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and project management skills.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
