Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives, target audience demographics, and brand identity.

Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, visual graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets, that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.

Platform Management: Manage and maintain the company's presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to platform guidelines.

Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with followers, fans, and customers across social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to build relationships and enhance brand reputation.

Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns, including sponsored posts, paid promotions, and influencer partnerships, to reach target audiences, drive traffic, and achieve campaign objectives.

Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and KPIs for social media marketing initiatives, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms.

Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing, conducting competitive research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, sales, and customer service, to integrate social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; additional certification in social media marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record of managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and driving measurable results.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.
  • Creative flair and aesthetic sensibility, with experience in graphic design, photography, and video editing preferred.
  • Analytical mindset and datadriven decisionmaking skills, with the ability to interpret social media metrics, draw insights, and optimize strategies for performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and willingness to stay current with evolving social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, with a passion for innovation and experimentation in digital marketing.

Pay:
₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
