Job Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Planner with industrialbackground and experience in planning estimating and schedulingmaintenance work to join one of our refining facilities. Yourprimary role will include planning monitoring and controllingprogress according to the defined measurement criteria and workbreakdown structure. You will work to assist in producing reportsconsisting of progress curves illustrating the current developmentsdescribing the outcomes and forecasting future tasks and shallcoordinate with planning and scheduling functions.

Responsibilities:

• Opening/initiating internal ordersnotifications and maintenance workorders using SAP.
• Planning activities along with required resources formaintenance tasks.
• Coordinating with relevantparties to order necessary materials.
• Trackingand monitoring all maintenance activities in the designatedarea.
• Planning equipment isolation and safetyprecautions estimating craft manhour requirements for jobsteps.
• Creating weekly and daily schedules byconsidering backlog and aligning with operationpriorities.
• Ensuring availability of requiredresources before scheduling work and obtaining necessaryapprovals.
• Updating maintenance order statusesand following up until orders are completed.
• Monitoring daily progress of maintenance activities andproviding feedback to supervisors and execution teams.
• Updating maintenance history and technical completiondetails for all work orders before closing them.
• Ensuring availability of materials manpower and servicesonsite.
• Processing the return of supportequipment and machines after use (e.g. crane forklift aircompressor).
• Maintaining regular contact andcoordination with various parties including Operations ForemenMaintenance Supervisors and personnel to clarify work scopesresource requirements status updates and future plans.
• Developing detailed plans for job steps including properexecution sequence craft manhour estimates and crew sizerequirements for each step.

Requirements:

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Minimum of 11 years ofmaintenance experience with at least 3 years focused on maintenancejob planning.
• Bachelors Degree inEngineering.
• Proficiency in identifyingmaterials services equipment and special preparations needed formaintenance tasks.
• Must possess strongknowledge of SAP specifically SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and MM(Materials Management) modules.
