*This is an in-office, permanent, full-time role that is in Gurgaon, India.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Invoice and Repairs & Maintenance Entries.
- Accounts Payable Cheque Runs.
- Credit card expense reconciliation and entries.
- Reconciling vendor statements and aging reports.
- Monitoring and processing Accounts Payable Cheque Runs/EFT's
- Processing payroll for intercompany divisions.
- Handling all internal billings.
- Filing and indexing all documents physically and electronically.
- Oversee and monitor the corporate company process.
- Provide metrics and specific reporting to senior management.
- Data entry and reporting.
- Reconciling vendor accounts & statements.
- Maintain bookkeeping, account balances.
- Assists Team/Supervisor with general accounting administration.
- Performs clerical duties, such as maintains filing and record systems.
- Assisting with month end posting & activities.
- Prepare Work with accounting Supervisor to produce any required adhoc reports.
Qualifications/Skills:
- B.COM/M.COM/MBA in Finance
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Experience in international Freight Forwarding Company is also a plus.
- Excellent knowledge and advanced functions in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Microdea/Synergize will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of TMW (Truck Mate Software) will be an asset.
- Ability to stay organized, have strong attention to details and ability to multitask.
- Quick learner and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fastpaced work environment.
- Outstanding accounting and reporting skills
- Strong data processing skills.
- Attention to detail to maintain accuracy.
