    Description
    We are seeking a highlymotivated and detailoriented Asset Manager L2 to join our team. Inthis role you will be responsible for the lifecycle management ofIT and nonIT assets ensuring their optimal use maintenance andsecurity. You will work collaboratively with various departmentswithin the organization to track manage and optimize assetlifecycles.
    Responsibilities:
    • Managethe complete lifecycle of IT and nonIT assets including acquisitiondeployment configuration maintenance anddisposal.
    • Maintain an accurate and uptodateasset register with detailed assetinformation.
    • Perform regular asset audits toensure asset accuracy and identify potentialdiscrepancies.
    • Develop and implement assetmanagement policies and procedures to optimize assetutilization.
    • Track asset warranties and servicecontracts ensuring timely renewals andmaintenance.
    • Facilitate the decommissioning ofobsolete or endoflife assets in accordance with companyregulations.
    • Generate asset reports formanagement review providing insights into asset utilization andpotential cost savings.
    • Collaborate with ITpersonnel department heads and endusers to address assetrelatedissues and inquiries.
    • Stay updated on industrybest practices for asset management and implement them whereapplicable.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Information Technology Business Administration or arelated field (preferred).
    • Minimum 34 years ofexperience in asset management IT asset management or a similarrole.
    • Strong understanding of asset lifecyclemanagement principles and bestpractices.
    • Proficiency in asset managementsoftware or systems (e.g. ServiceNowAsana).
    • Excellent organizational analytical andproblemsolving skills.
    • Strong attention todetail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborateeffectively with variousstakeholders.
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunicationskills.
