Description

As a Digital Marketing Assistant for our healthcare service firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting the digital marketing executive in various online marketing initiatives to promote our healthcare services, increase brand awareness, and engage with our target audience.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization by assisting with digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, and performance analytics.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:


  • Ensure that all content adheres to regulatory guidelines and accurately represents our healthcare services and values.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure timely publication across channels.

Social Media Management:


  • Support the management of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages.
  • Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns to promote healthcare services, events, and educational content.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities on social media to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.

Digital Advertising and Promotion:


  • Assist in creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide recommendations for optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop landing pages and ad creatives that drive conversions and engagement.

Website Management:


  • Assist in updating and maintaining the company website with fresh content, news updates, and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement SEO best practices, improve user experience, and optimize website performance.

Analytics and Reporting:


  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work with the marketing team to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization in digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:


  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience or internship in digital marketing

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus

Experience:


  • Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
