Expertise in SAP PP and QM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Should have strong through knowledge on all the Planning strategies (Make to Order/Make to stock/ Engineer to Order)
Experience with VC Configuration with the creation of new characteristics, classes, dependencies, variant functions, variant tables, etc.

Master Data

Bill of materials, Work centers/ Resources, Routings/ Recipe, Production versions, Inspection Plan, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groups

Quality Management

Quality in Procurement, Quality in Production, In process inspection, Calibration and Quality in Sales
Experience in Idoc monitoring & error handling and Data migration using LSMW / LTMC
Should have experience in writing Functional Specification, coordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionalities. Must have experience in SAP PP-QM integration with third party tool such as MES.
Possess consultancy, problem solving and analytical skills, demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage the operations.
Strong clientfacing experience and welldeveloped customer focus
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP PP and other SAP modules, such as MM/WM, SD, FICO, CS

Qualifications
B.E or B.Tech

Additional Information

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP PP/QM/PM and wellversed in S4 ECC with good analytical skills along with domain experience in manufacturing/automotive industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English. (German language is an added advantage)
Should have experience in writing Functional Specification, coordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionalities. Must have experience in SAP PP-QM integration with third party tool such as MES
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and user support management skills
Extended knowledge and experience on RICEF, DEBUG/ABAP
