Responsibility:


  • Visit doctors to facilitate patient services.
  • Provide compassionate assistance and support to patients during their interactions.
  • Efficiently input patient data into our designated platform.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and services provided.
  • Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in handling patient information.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent, DMLT certification is a plus

1-2 years of experience in patient support programs, lab assistance, rehabilitation programs, or diet and nutrition preferred

Freshers with Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent, DMLT certification can apply

Familiarity with patient care protocols and procedures

Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred

Possession of smart phone is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
