Description

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand project requirements and functional specifications.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Document and track defects using issue tracking systems such as Jira, ensuring timely resolution and followup.
• Perform regression testing to verify software stability and maintain product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with team members to provide status updates, report issues, and discuss test results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Solid knowledge of issue tracking systems like Jira for defect management and project tracking.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
