• Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and administer first aid when necessary.

• Maintain constant surveillance of the hotel pool and surrounding areas.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure guest safety.
• Perform rescues and provide assistance in emergency situations.
• Administer CPR, first aid, or other lifesaving techniques as needed.

• Greet and assist hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide personalized assistance and guidance to guests seeking fitness advice.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

• Keep accurate records of gym usage, equipment maintenance, and incident reports.
• Assist in scheduling gym classes, personal training sessions, and lifeguard shifts.
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in fitness and lifeguarding.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Share expertise with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the gym and pool areas, including equipment, locker rooms, and showers.
• Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed to prevent the spread of germs and viruses.

• Participate in regular drills and training exercises to prepare for emergencies.
• Familiarize oneself with emergency response protocols and procedures specific to the hotel.

• Certified fitness instructor (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM) and lifeguard (e.g., Red Cross).
• Strong swimming skills and proficiency in water rescue techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification requirements.
