Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling & data mining etc. & identify decision makers & initiate the sales process.
- Carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers, and maintaining accurate records.
- Onsite client meeting within city/region.
- Understanding the Sales Process and including Prospecting, Approaching, Meeting Clients, understand customer requirement and prepare and give presentation as per client needs, Handle Objections, and close sales.
- Explain to customers about India Mart, its features, and benefits.
- Maintain Customer relations.
- Delivering sales target monthly.
- Individual approach to acquire exporter, manufacture, wholesale to on-board them in b2b Marketplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and Soft Skills. Should be able to speak local languages fluently.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Should have their own vehicle
Salary:
₹17, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
