Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling & data mining etc. & identify decision makers & initiate the sales process.
  • Carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Onsite client meeting within city/region.
  • Understanding the Sales Process and including Prospecting, Approaching, Meeting Clients, understand customer requirement and prepare and give presentation as per client needs, Handle Objections, and close sales.
  • Explain to customers about India Mart, its features, and benefits.
  • Maintain Customer relations.
  • Delivering sales target monthly.
  • Individual approach to acquire exporter, manufacture, wholesale to on-board them in b2b Marketplace.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication and Soft Skills. Should be able to speak local languages fluently.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Should have their own vehicle
- bike.


Salary:
₹17, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
