Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in similar positions
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
Experience in the following:
- Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions, familiarity with Microsoft Azure and its relevant build, deployment, data management, governance, identity, budgeting, automation, high available solutions, monitoring, networking and security technologies in cloud and hybrid environments
- Proactively provide information and guidance of engineering methodologies, standards, and best practices adopted on Microsoft platform.
- Perform as the principal engineering resource for highly visible critical projects for the organization.
- Work with IT Leadership, IT peers, and key stakeholders to drive strategy, improve quality, provide visibility, and design infrastructure platforms and services to meet the needs of customers, engineering teams and service partners.
- Work with crossfunctional teams across the globe spanning customer engineering, solution architects, account management, product management, engineering, and UX.
- Experience performing cost analysis, justify cloudrelated costs to management and balance performance requirements against budget limitations.
- Provide domain expertise around public cloud (Azure), hybrid cloud and onprem solutions.
- Documentation of solutions (e.g. architecture, configuration and setup) on Microsoft Azure.
- Participate in troubleshooting calls on Production issues/outages.
- Excellent communication skills. Azure cloud solutions must deal with team members, management, and business stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver legacy infrastructure transformation and migration to drive nextgeneration business outcomes.
- Build a trusted advisory relationship, engage with Architects, engineering team, CTO and CIO, and identify customer priorities, technical objections, and design strategies encompassing the entire Microsoft Azure ecosystem to deliver business value and resolve blockers.
- Be part of organizations Incident, Problem and Change Management Process.
- Actively participate in P1 calls during High priority incidents and provide faster restoration of services to the customer.
- Properly document Incident notes in the ITSM (ServiceNow) utility provided.
- Provide RCA for High priority incidents affecting customers within agreed window.
- Execute the handson implementation of proposed solutions and provide technical guidance to teams during the solutions' development and deployment phases.
- Handson Operations Support with AKS, Azure Container Registry, Application Gateway, Traffic Manager, Front Door, RBAC & Azure AD.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate the assumptions, issues, and risks that occur throughout the entire project lifecycle.

₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
