Location : Hyderabad, India

Experience : 6 - 9 years

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead specializing in Data and AI to join our team in Hyderabad. As the Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in architecting and developing machine learning solutions that drive significant impact. Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

Lead and mentor teams of ML engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance, setting strategic direction, and fostering innovation and excellence.

Architecture Design :

Design and architect complex machine learning systems that meet performance, security, and scalability requirements while aligning with the overall security strategy.

Model Development :

Develop and implement advanced ML models and algorithms for security applications such as threat detection, anomaly detection, and risk assessment.

Model Training and Evaluation :

Own the training, validation, and fine-tuning of ML models using current techniques and libraries. Define and track security-specific metrics for model performance.

NLP and LLM Proficiency :

Utilize NLP techniques, including production experience with BERT, GPT, or similar models, to derive insights from structured and unstructured text data.

Solution Development :

Design and implement robust software systems for model integration, deployment, and maintenance in production environments.

Deployment Strategy :

Collaborate with software engineering teams to develop deployment strategies for ML models in security systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

Model Scalability and Efficiency :

Develop models that can be deployed in various environments, understanding trade-offs between model complexity and performance.

Documentation and Best Practices :

Establish standard processes for machine learning and security operations, maintaining clear documentation of models, data pipelines, and security procedures.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, and AI, with a track record of successful project delivery.

- Strong expertise in data architecture, ETL processes, and data warehousing.

- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams with a portfolio of successful projects.

- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling, using Python or R and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

- Education in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
