    Description
    We are hiring for Technical Lead for our Esteemed client company who can join us Immediately.


    Position :
    Technical Lead.

    Experience : 8+ Years.


    CTC :
    28 LPA - 30 LPA.


    Notice Period :
    Immediate to 15 Days.


    Job Location :
    Remote.

    Job Time : 2 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM IST (Client base is Canada).


    Requirements and Skills :

    • Must have 8+ year of experience as a Tech Lead.
    • Have experience in Full stack development Angular 13 Java Spring boot SQL.
    • Experience running a multifunctional team in the development of Web based SaaS products.
    • Ability to read and translate BA stories into wellgroomed additions to a product.
    • Experienced in following development rule and processes and willing to improvements.
    • Experience interviewing and hiring teams.
    • Experience in FIN TECH a bonus.

    Responsibilities :

    • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for team.
    • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
    • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and to discuss improvements.
    • Keeping uptodate with industry trends and developments.
    • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
    • Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and their concerns.
    • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
    • Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
