Main Back Office Executive Responsibilities are

• 1. Run social media campaigns and analyze the same
• Maintains our social media presence and run WhatsApp campaigns
• Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Record, maintain and transfer marketing leads to sales team generated across platforms
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Secondary market research
• Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
• Conduct marketing research, document and report to the marketing department.
