Performance Marketer (Meta)

Job Location:
Goregaon (Bangur Nagar)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:


Advanced Campaign Management:


Design and execute Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

Leverage various ad formats and creative strategies for optimal engagement.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for ongoing improvement.

Conduct A/B testing for effective ad components.

Utilize retargeting and lookalike audiences for extended reach.

Stay aligned with the latest Meta platform updates and guidelines.

Content Strategy and Identification:


Identify high-performing content based on data analysis for content creation guidance.

Data Analysis and Performance Reporting:

Deeply analyze campaign data to measure success against key performance indicators.

Provide comprehensive reports with insights and optimization recommendations.

Focus on Key Performance Indicators:

Closely monitor Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to ensure efficient use of budget.

Track Click-Through Rate (CTR) to gauge ad effectiveness and audience engagement.

Keep a tab on Cost Per Mille (CPM) to understand the cost efficiency of ad impressions.

Innovative Strategy Development:


Create unique, effective marketing strategies for Facebook and Instagram.

Comprehensive Competitor Analysis:


Analyze competitors' Meta ad strategies and content delivery for strategic insights.

Targeted Budget Management:


Implement precise targeting and budget management for maximizing ROI.

Collaborative Communication:


Work with various teams to ensure marketing alignment and effectively communicate results.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

1+ years of experience in Facebook (Meta) advertising.

Proven success in campaign management on Meta platforms, including a focus on ROAS, CTR, and CPM.

Expertise in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting.

Strong skills in content strategy and competitor analysis.

Excellent communication and project management abilities.
