As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales and adoption of our cutting-edge CRM software within the healthcare sector.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the healthcare industry.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and related organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within the target accounts.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of healthcare organizations and effectively position our CRM software solutions to address those requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our CRM software to potential customers.
  • Prepare and present persuasive proposals, quotes, and contracts that align with customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continually improve sales techniques and knowledge.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least [1] years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in selling software solutions or services to the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and meet KPIs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of CRM software and its relevance to the healthcare sector will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities with a customer-centric approach.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows, if required.
