1.

Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the real estate office.

Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.


Documentation and Filing:
Manage and organize property documents and paperwork.

Maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval.


Front Desk Operations:
Manage the front desk, including handling inquiries, phone calls, and walk-ins.

Greet clients, visitors, and agents professionally.


Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule appointments for property viewings, client meetings, and other real estate activities.

Coordinate schedules for real estate agents and brokers.


Client Communication:
Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Communicate property information, updates, and relevant details to clients.


Database Management:
Maintain and update office databases.

Ensure data accuracy and completeness.


Coordination with Each Dept:
Provide administrative support to each dept.


Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.

Manage relationships with key service partners.


Financial Administration:

  • Assist in basic financial tasks, such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the finance department for accurate financial recordkeeping.

Document Preparation:

  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, including property listings, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Ensure documents comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and take meeting minutes.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on office activities, and administrative tasks.
  • Provide updates to management on key performance indicators.

Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and inquiries professionally.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
