Job Purpose:
- To Give our customers the best experience and quick resolution.
Key role and responsibilities:
A customer service associate support customer by providing helpful information and answering query of the customers.
Response promptly and professionally to incoming customer queries by call or chats.
Maintain an updated knowledge of the organisation's products, services.
Documents customer interaction query and feedback on calls and chats.
Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check customer
understanding and acceptance.
Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and
anticipating their query and feedback
Strong command of written and verbal English & Hindi
Ability to explain complex query in a clear and simple manner to the customers.
Meet your performance metrics i.e. C-sat score, AHT, Productivity, Quality score, schedule adherence.
Experience and Requirement for this job role.
in Chat/call (Inbound/outbound)Process
- Excellent communication skills
language.
- Experienced working under Domestic BPO
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Native language should be Hindi.
- Payment and Fintech experience will be preferred.

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
