Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our marketing agency.

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos that align with our clients' marketing goals and brand identity.

You will work closely with our creative team to bring their vision to life and create engaging video content.


Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw video footage, ensuring a high-quality final product that meets client specifications and industry standards.

Create video reels, motion graphics, and introduction and explainer videos to effectively convey the intended message and captivate the target audience.

Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to deliver compelling video content that aligns with the client's brand identity.

Utilize Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro software to edit videos, add visual effects, titles, graphics, and animations.
Ensure smooth transitions, proper pacing, and seamless synchronization of audio and visual elements.
Optimize videos for various platforms and formats, such as social media, websites, and presentations.
Maintain a well-organized video library and archive, ensuring easy access and retrieval of footage.

Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and new software to continuously enhance video editing skills and suggest innovative ideas to improve video quality and impact.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for video campaigns and projects.


Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role in a marketing agency or related field.
Proficiency in using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills, including video reels, motion graphics, and introduction and explainer videos.
Excellent knowledge of video editing techniques, visual storytelling, and current industry trends.
Proficiency in video codecs, formats, and exporting for various platforms.
Familiarity with graphic design principles and software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Film Production, Multimedia Design) is preferred.
