***Monitoring of the Wholesale Loans disbursed by the NBFC arm of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.

Tracking of the key financial as well as performance covenants stipulated along with the timelines.

  • Analyzing the project performance and conducting detailed analysis of the Sales and collections data shared by the client.


Conducting regular visits to the allotted portfolio of construction projects and analyze the sales data in congruence to the physical progress at the site.


Keeping a tab to the RERA regulations and adherence of the same by the client and highlighting any red flags to the management for appropriate action to be taken.


Keep a track of the compliances, statutory and internal both and reminding the business team for closure from time to time.


Updating the Project / Loan performances on periodic basis and reporting the key observations to the Management for further action to be taken.

Highlighting the early warning signals in the loan portfolio

Conducting regular Portfolio discussion with the Business and Credit Team
