Role Purpose

Your primary role involves crafting and implementing cutting-edge generative models while collaborating closely with our team to foster innovation and forge novel solutions.

Technical Competencies:

• Relevant work experience especially in Generative AI
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spark, Hugging face, scikitlearn or similar statistical tools).
• Proficiency in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), encompassing finetuning, design, and optimization of LLMs, as well as the development of NLP systems, frameworks, and tools.
• Track record of building and deploying code libraries using Python functions and classes within an AIfocused product development context.
• You must have familiarity with working within cloud and highperformance computing environments, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Apache Spark.

Professional Skills:

• Strong analytical, communication skills and presentation skills
• Ability to structure and solve problems.
• Team management

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in generative AI, MLOps, machine learning engineering, or related roles, with a demonstrated focus on deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's/ master's degree in information sciences, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

This is what you will do:

• Create prototypes and conduct proof of concepts (POCs) in one or more of the following domains: Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), etc.
• Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to deploy and operationalize Generative AI models into production environments.
• Engage in Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Gather and preprocess vast text corpora for the purpose finetuning the chatbot built on stateoftheart large language models on the business data. Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and valuable insights that can inform the enhancement of models.
• Execute finetuning and testing: Train and test the Large Language Models (LLMs) for code generation, utilizing the appropriate machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Develop automation pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and model evaluation to streamline the endtoend AI development lifecycle.
• Monitor model performance and address any issues related to data drift, concept drift, or model degradation, implementing mechanisms for automatic retraining when necessary.
• Foster Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements within the realms of Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLM, and machine learning. Actively identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for the enhancement of our solutions.
