Procurement/ Purchase Coordinator (Designation might vary basis experience)

Roles and responsibilities

  • Issue RFQs, expedite bid reception and distributing the bids.
  • Prepare Commercial Tabulation and send to Procurement manager to review.
  • Negotiate Commercial Condition with Vendors.
  • Prepare PDAs and send to Procurement Manager to review.
  • Prepare POs, follow PO acceptances reception and manage supplements.
  • PO expediting.
  • Review and approve the invoices corresponding to each PO.
  • Take part in PO closeout.
  • Manage the Project Procurement file.
  • Compile new Vendor information within vendor qualification process.
  • Manage the financial information from vendors.
  • Attend the internal KOM regarding the assigned Project and compile information from Proposal stage.
  • Customize corporate templates and manage activities to initiate the project.
  • Cooperate with Project Engineer in Project Procurement planning and manage the 'Procurement Control' file.
  • Draft and Compile the General and Special Purchase Conditions and send to Procurement manager to review.
  • Update the Project Purchasing Budget.
  • Manage the Project Vendor List and 'Vendors RFQ' file.
  • Prepare and implement lessons learned applicable to the Department.
  • Attend Audits concerning the Department both internal and external.
  • Provide support to Sales and Proposal Department.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience in Oil & Gas sector.

  • Proficiency with MS office, MS Project and SAP.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Indian taxation.

Pay:
₹1,000, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
