Junior Admin Executive:
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
- Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed.
- Taking care of Transport and logistics.
- Handling all the activities of housekeeping, security and other office maintenance etc.,
- Should have Good Communication skills
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Coordinate and liaise with different kinds of vendors.
- Responsible for regular maintenance of office Assets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 0 to 2 years of proven admin or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success.
- Critical thinker and problemsolving skills.
- Team player.
- Good timemanagement skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
