Description
Manage office supplies stock and place orders- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Vendor Management
- Involving in marketing activities if required
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule inhouse and external events
- Need Retail stores handling exposure
- Need to lead New store/Renovation projects in TN
- Need knowledge in AMC for UPS, Genset & Ac's making the regular maintenance on timely period
- Po Processing to vendors
Salary:
₹23, ₹30,000.00 per month
