Manage office supplies stock and place orders

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Vendor Management
  • Involving in marketing activities if required
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule inhouse and external events
  • Need Retail stores handling exposure
  • Need to lead New store/Renovation projects in TN
  • Need knowledge in AMC for UPS, Genset & Ac's making the regular maintenance on timely period
  • Po Processing to vendors

Salary:
₹23, ₹30,000.00 per month
