Description
Identify and understand the nature of the issues faced by government officers and provide appropriate solutions- Assist government officers in navigating the organization's processes and procedures, including providing guidance on regulatory compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues faced by government officers
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior management for resolution
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions with government officers in the organization's customer relationship management system
- Build and maintain positive relationships with government officers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide regular feedback to the management on the performance of the organization's services and processes, and suggest improvements where necessary
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a government or public sector setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with calmness and composure
- Familiarity with government processes, procedures, and regulations is a plus
Working Conditions:
- The job may require extended working hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on the needs of the government officers and the organization
- The job may require occasional travel to meet with government officers in person or attend meetings or events.
