Description

We are in search of an On-Site IT Technician with a strong foundation in networking, ready to provide hands-on technical support directly to our valued customers.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of their AV and IT systems by swiftly and efficiently addressing technical concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onsite visits to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networkrelated issues at customer locations.
Install, configure, and manage AV systems, Networking devices, CCTV, Fire Systems
Perform routine maintenance checks and updates to optimize system performance.
Establish and configure local area networks (LANs), ensuring robust network connectivity.
Thoroughly document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a timely manner.
Generate reports detailing system performance, encountered issues, and proposed solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong networking knowledge encompassing IP addressing, routing, and subnetting.
Exemplary problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
Exceptional communication skills, effective with both technical and nontechnical users.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage onsite visits efficiently.
Eagerness to learn and implement new technologies and tools.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) is advantageous.
Pertinent certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or

Microsoft Certified:
Windows Desktop Administrator are a plus.
