Description

We are looking for Customer Care Executives that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.


Customer Focus
Greeting all the customers and guiding them about OUTCASTS as a brand and its products.

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile,

Being dedicated to customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns that the customer has.

Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.


Building Relationship
Understanding the unstated needs of the customer, asking relevant questions, and picking the right time to pitch the recommended solutions

Take a customer-focused approach to handle complaints and escalations.

Coordination with customers for any queries faced by them and solving the same.

Ensure that all written communication is carried out as per the customer care procedures.

Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.


Aim of our customer care department is to resolve any queries that our customer has related to the products, orders, return/ exchange smoothly.

handling interaction in an order to maintain a long lasting relationship with the customers and providing them a hassle free solution in compliance with our policies, terms & conditions


From customer service management perspective criteria include:

  • clear communication of objectives and expectations to staff
- consistent performance management
- listening to feedback from customers and effectively acting on it


Location:
Work from Office( E-207,Sector-63,Noida)

1) highly proficient in English
2) preferably female
3) highly confident
4) excellent communication and engagement skills
5)highly experienced in customer interaction and assisting queries
6) excellent time management skill

Job Types:

Salary:
₹18, ₹21,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees are required to wear the mask during office time & carry a hand sanitiser


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Noida ,

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
