    Description

    Job Location - Gurgaon

    Work days - 6 days

    Job Objective:

    Person would be responsible for budgeting, cost management, performance evaluation, asset management and ongoing analysis (process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis, tracing costs back to underlying activities).

    Also construct and monitor cost effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Data Collection

    • Construct data accumulation systems for a cost accounting system
    • Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems
    • Maintenance of Cost Records for Cost Audit

    Analysis

    • Work on allocation cycles of each cost element based on cost drivers
    • Prepare costing P&L for hospital services
    • Look out for areas of cost control and impact generating analysis
    • Costing of procedures, investigations and facilities

    Qualifications

    • Must be a qualified Cost & Management Accountant from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India with at least 3-4 years post qualification experience.
    • Any candidate having other than CMA qualification but with logical reasoning and sharp learning skills, 5 years of experience in Hospital Industry can also be considered on merit basis.

    Desired Experience

    • Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principals.
    • Must be good in using advanced spreadsheet functions (MS-Excel).
    • Ability to critically analyse data and determine its validity.
    • Ability to analyse multiple variables, reconcile them between multiple computer systems and analyse and correct associated service costs as they move through the patient movement cycle.
    • Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
