Responsible to maintain commercial contract/membership records, perform Customer/GPO member management and update database, resolving chargeback & price variances and any other specific error resolutions. Collaborate with distributor and GPO partners to drive change through continuous improvement activities, perform root cause analysis, and implement error prevention solutions in order to facilitate effective policies and procedures that will deliver sustainable results._

Responsibilities_

- _Resolve chargeback and price variance errors for contract membership and central membership specific error types in accordance with OLA's and SLA's utilizing advanced technical skills to assist in analyzing outstanding chargeback disputes._
- _Perform customer/GPO member management to include Central Membership eligibility auditing and maintenance via GPO rosters and adjoining activities (roster adds, changes, and deletes)_
- _Assist with Central Membership alignment for all GPO migrations/transitions based on policy and customer designation._
- _Ownership and maintenance of the Central Membership Z004 Trade Orgs in Vistex to ensure appropriate contract activities and customers are aligned._
- _Maintain the GPO Partner Cross-Reference Table_
- _Creation of Agreement (Z007) Trade Orgs in Vistex and TAHITI_

Coordinate dispute information with Chargeback Analyst and Distributor partners as needed to resolve contract error discrepancies. Manage follow up communications with distributors to ensure errors are resolved on the front end._

- _Responsible for maintaining all Central Membership related training material and updating desktop procedures to support management._
- _Document any identified gaps in contracting membership procedures and work with the team leaders and managers to find resolution._

Qualifications we seek in you_
Minimum Qualifications_

- _Minimum, any graduate with bachelor's Degree._
- _Experience in contract operations and demonstrated membership management, contract pricing knowledge is preferred._
- _General understanding of the end-to-end commercial contract operations management preferred._
- _Work experience on ERP systems (SAP preferred)._
- _Proficient technical skills in MS Excel solutions and MS Access preferred._
- _Strong communication and customer centric skills in order to adapt to customer needs._
- _Ability to work well independently in a team environment, be self-motivated and multitask while achieving expectations._
