Role Brief

Crux Intelligence is primarily an AIbased analytics platform. You are expected bring indepth knowledge of analysis thought process and work flows in order to define how elements of the system should work.
Have a deep knowledge of Evaluation metrics/Testing/Error analysis for AI/ML algorithms
Understand business datasets and performing relevant Exploratory Data Analysis
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements in the form of PRD and prototypes.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Coordinate communication and deliverables across multiple functions and make sure they come together to execute against sprint plan.
Use the product as an end customer to determine shortcomings, gaps and opportunities. Perform testing on various parts of the system as part of the release cycle.
Interact with users and potential customers to understand their problems, frustration with current ways analyzing data and translate the same into the product roadmap.
Work on multiple projects and wear multiple hats as the situation demands.

Qualification

5 to 8 years experience in leading endtoend delivery of analytics products/solutions at scale
Prior experience in product management/working in a product setting is desirable
Masters in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Operational Research or other relevant field
