• Assist in setting up and breaking down sets, ensuring that all necessary materials and tools are available as needed.
• Support all departments by carrying out tasks like transporting props, adjusting lights, and arranging set pieces.
• Maintain cleanliness and order on set to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Distribute and collect scripts, schedules, call sheets, and other materials to the cast and crew.
• Help coordinate the movements of the cast and crew on the set, ensuring they are in the right place at the right time.
• Facilitate communication between different departments, helping to relay messages and instructions.
• Handle any ad hoc requests from directors, producers, or department heads.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work under various weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate the needs of the production team.
• Willingness to work long hours and on weekends.

• Previous experience in film or television production is beneficial but not necessary.
• Knowledge of the local language and familiarity with the local area can be an advantage.
