About the Role

This role is part of the Customer Experience team focused on payments experience.

What will you work on?

  • Customer Research: (30%)
  • Which payment methods are preferred in different countries and why?
  • What are the bottlenecks in existing payments processes?


  • Data: (30%)

  • Tracking payment coverages and failure rates across different regions.
  • Tracking cost of offering different payment methods and driving changes accordingly.


  • Product Development: (40%)

  • Utilizing research and data to frame problem statements.
  • Working crossfunctionally to drive the solution.
  • Working with global payment method providers to integrate with the Nivoda platform

Key Problem Statements:

  • Which regions should we expand our digital payment experience next and how?
  • How can we automate our internal financial operations to improve the customer payment experience?
    Requirements:
  • Clear and effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact and influence stakeholders
  • Experience with data querying languages like SQL (Others would be a plus)-
  • Understanding of payments and financial operations-
  • Structured problem solver. You can identify user and business problems and use technology to solve them efficiently-
  • A strong interest and understanding of the product management role-
  • 1-2 years of experience (any role) in tech startups (fintech would be a plus).
