Position Overview


As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for scaling LeadSquared's performance marketing efforts in international geos and strengthen/optimize the campaigns in the Indian geo.

You'd need to collaborate with different members of the LeadSquared marketing team - including vertical/product marketers, copywriters/designers - to ideate and launch campaigns with an aim to generate HQLs and prospects for the sales pipeline.

This role requires an individual with a diverse skillset that focuses on helping businesses enter and succeed in new markets, advertise, and sell new products and fine-tune high quality lead and revenue generation programs.

Self-driven individuals with strong project management skills would be preferred.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategizing multichannel, multifunnel Paid Ad Campaigns for different Product lines and geos
  • Scaling Performance Marketing efforts in international geos is a good plus.
  • A solid understanding of Technology (Analytics, GTM, Search Console, Marketing Stack), as well as Strategy (understanding the audience, ideating with team, proposing the channels and positioning, structuring the paid team for scale), and a handson experience in running the campaigns as well
  • Identify, ideate, and execute campaigns on Google Adwords, Bing, and other channels to generate leads/interest for the target geos, products and industries.
  • Ideate and plan multifunnel PPC campaigns to ensure prospect topofthemind.
  • Closely monitor and optimize these campaigns and programs.
  • Take ownership of the lead/demand generation targets.
  • Developing customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
  • Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
  • Assuring buyin and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success

Expectations

  • Know the company's brand, products and target industries inside out
  • Assist the marketing team to target accounts throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Work with a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborating with other departments, like sales and content, to develop and enhance strategies
  • Delivering performance reports to the leadership and departments you partner with

Qualifications:


  • 23 years of expertise in Performance Marketing (experience in scaling brand in international geos)
  • An expert in strategizing, executing, and optimizing Paid Ad Campaigns (with a focus on Google Adwords and other Search Channels)
  • Prior connects with agencies would be a bonus
  • Experience in using CRM tools
  • Experience in using ABM tools would be a bonus.
  • An understanding of the different lead generation channels and the results one can expect
