We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

You should have a solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences and create effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels.


Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Continuously monitor and analyze website performance and search engine rankings to improve organic visibility.


Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC):Plan, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising networks. Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.


Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to engage and grow the brand's audience. Create and schedule social media content, monitor engagement, and analyze metrics to optimize performance. Stay updated on emerging social media trends and platforms.


Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Present insights and recommendations to the marketing team and stakeholders.


Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze website user experience, conduct A/B testing, and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates. Optimize landing pages, forms, and user flows to maximize lead generation and conversion.


Online Reputation Management:
Monitor online reviews, customer feedback, and brand mentions. Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms and review sites. Implement strategies to maintain a positive brand image.


Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • 12 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools
  • Experience with PPC advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and social media ads
  • Familiarity with social media management and content creation
  • Solid understanding of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:
