_ __Responsibilities:_********:

_Efficiently manage back-office operations and associated non-voice processes.

_Manage and address clinician inquiries within designated patient groups.

_Maintain communication with clinicians regarding patient-related updates.
_*:

_Coordinate with clinicians to arrange additional disciplines required for patients.
_*:

_Ensure timely execution of prescribed patient lab tests by informing and reminding clinicians.
_*:
-
_Follow up with clinicians to confirm visits as per schedule.
_*:
-
_Organize clinician visit schedules based on the prescribed frequency.
_*:
-
_Obtain necessary clinician visit authorizations from relevant authorities.
_*:

_Initiate discussions with clinicians whenever necessary.
_*:

_Promptly report escalations to Team Leads in real-time.
_*:

_Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.
_*:

_Utilize analytical skills for database management and time-sensitive tasks.

_Possess excellent English communication skills for effective coordination.
_*:

_Maintain quality and standards in all non-medical processes.

_Show accountability and adaptability to perform night shifts from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum._
