Job Overview:


As a Sales Executive, You will play a crucial role in expanding the company's customer base, driving revenue growth, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales through proactive door-to-door outreach, effective customer relationship management (CRM), excel spreadsheet management, and overall business development.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Door-to-Door Sales:


  • Conduct doortodoor sales visits to potential clients to introduce products or services.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of the company's offerings.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and address their inquiries or concerns.

Excel Spreadsheet Management:


  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with relevant sales data, customer information, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for management to assess sales performance.

Sales Generation:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve products or services and enhance customer experience.
  • Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate and uptodate customer records.
  • Track interactions with clients, document sales activities, and manage leads effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a seamless flow of information between departments.

Business Development:


  • Actively participate in business development activities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs to contribute to the development of new products or services.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in doortodoor sales and business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Excel.
  • Goaloriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
₹9, ₹31,517.40 per month


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Shift:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Business development: 3 years (preferred)
  • Lead generation: 2 years (preferred)
