Roles And Responsibilities:

• Replying to prospect's questions on WATI chat support
• Coordinating with the support team for technical queries
• Book high-quality appointments for the sales team
• Help prospects by answering their queries
• Keep detailed track of every query that comes on WATI
• Redirecting prospects & and customers to appropriate channels & and provide them with helpful resources.
• To ensure that no query remains unanswered & and all follow-ups are happening at the right time
• Building excellent systems, and processes in WATI to increase the number of appointments & chats
