    Project Manager


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage endtoend project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Utilize Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to bring industry best practices to project execution.
    • Oversee and coordinate IT and BPR projects, demonstrating proficiency in technology, business processes, change management, stakeholder management, and risk management.
    • Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    • Act as a liaison between technical and nontechnical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project timelines and quality.
    • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the evolving needs of projects and the organization.
    • Prepare and present project status reports to key stakeholders, providing transparency and clarity on project progress.
    • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP ) certification is mandatory.
    • Minimum of 5 years of postPMP certification experience in project management.
    • Proven experience managing IT and BPR projects at CMM level 5.
    • Strong skills in project management methodologies, IT technology, business process understanding, change management, stakeholder management, and risk management.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
    • Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a significant advantage.
    • Prior experience in a SaaS company is desirable.
