    Job Title: Lead IT Recruiter

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead IT Recruiter to join our team. As the Lead IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the IT recruitment efforts, sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's technological needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the requirements of each position and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruiting, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
    2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent, utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
    3. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and requirements accordingly.
    4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT positions.
    5. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    6. Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates, and facilitate the onboarding process.
    7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process.
    8. Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
    9. Mentor and coach junior recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
    10. Foster positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to promote a positive candidate experience and enhance the employer brand.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience as a successful IT recruiter, with a minimum of 5-6 years in a lead or senior recruiting role.
    3. Deep understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, cybersecurity, data analytics, and infrastructure.
    4. Strong sourcing skills and experience utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with candidates and internal teams.
    6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
    7. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ethical recruiting practices.
    8. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
    9. Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SPHR, AIRS) is a plus.
    10. A passion for talent acquisition and a dedication to delivering exceptional results.
