Job Description: 

  • Responsible for achieving the collections target in the assigned area while ensuring that SOPs and legal norms are followed as per process and organizational policy Major Deliverables:     

1. Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket).

2. Increase the fee income/ revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts.

3. Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT.

4. Build relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections are made and monitor defaulting customers by ensuring regular follow with critical/complex customers to identify reasons for defaulting.

5. Allocate work to the field executives and ensure that all the agencies in the location perform as per defined SLA, ensuring payments.

6. Ensure that there is adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise /bucket-wise/ segment-wise and obtain daily updates from all collection executives on delinquent portfolio & initiate detailed account level review.

7. Ensure compliance to all Audit / Regulatory bodies as well as policies and procedures of the company.

Job Description: 

● Coordinate activities of staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient department that reduces the number of cases that is overlooked. 

● Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately and per company policy.  

● Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.

● Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff members within the collections department to ensure a sufficient number of staff members are available to handle the work load.

 Designation: 3G Data Specialist & Floor Manager.

Job Description:

● As Floor manager, supervising the out let and ensuring the smooth running of day today activities. 

● Guiding the front end executives in terms of customer handling and making sure of the reports sent on daily basis. 

● Monitoring the showroom service levels and making the executives are strictly adhered to the audit parameters.

Job Description: 

● was handling all sort of MIS work for Mangalore cluster through SIMPLIFY and I Care portal. 

● Maintaining Cluster Distribution Team’s CAF Pendency Reports such as CAF Rejection, CAF Not received, CAF Pendency on a daily basis (Distributor wise & Executive wise)

● Regularly monitor CAF Upload Data of Distributors and inform them of the same. 

● Validate CAF Scrutiny every Day. 

● Support the Cluster Team by Uploading CAFs and maintain CAF Collection Reports from Distributors across the cluster.
