Role & Responsibilities.
- Make outbound calls to patients to provide information about hospital services, procedures, and appointment scheduling.
- Respond to inbound calls from patients seeking information about medical services, insurance coverage, or general inquiries.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with patients over the phone.
- Listen attentively to patient concerns and provide appropriate assistance or guidance, escalating complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Verify patient information and update records accurately in the Software.
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointment details, provide reminders, and address any lastminute changes.
- Take follow up with patients regarding advised surgery.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficient in handling customer queries and concerns.
- Health care or Hospital background preferred.
