Direct Production (DPO) associates with the issuing of material to the production line, running the production line, conducting testing and quality controls, packaging of products, staging products, and releasing of products to the delivery.
The Technician works on basic engineering assignments to implement, maintain, and develop methods, processes, and products in a specific competence area.
The team you'll be part of
You will part of supporting team in shopfloor to salvage components/defect free PCB assemblies restoring shopfloor smooth operation
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
Repair and testing process development
- Testing and repair methods developing of the costefficient and of high quality.
- Collecting of the repair data.
- Making of the work instructions.
Products repair work
- Maintenance and repair work of the products (Component level and module level). Troubleshooting, repair, testing, alternation work, software updates to the database act and saving of service report.
- Followup turnaround times.
- Followup of spare parts.
Tester maintenance
- Maintenance of test equipment.
- Calibration of test equipment.
- Followup and acquisition of the spare parts of test equipment.
- Transmission of testers to the subcontracting.
- Process development team (CMO/HWS) supporting of the technology transfer cases.
- RO internal education.
- Education of subcontractor/problems solving.
- Reviving.
- Creation of training material (obtained from the information).

Technical Diploma
