Asa Conversational AI Engineer you will play a key role in designingdeveloping and implementing conversational interfaces to enhanceuser experiences across various platforms.

Leveraging yourexpertise in AWS services and natural language processing (NLP) youwill contribute to the creation of intelligent and responsivechatbots and voicebasedapplications.

Responsibilities:


Experience required 8 to 12years.
Designand develop conversationalinterfaces using AWS services including AmazonLex and AmazonPolly.
Implementnatural language understanding (NLU) andnatural language generation (NLG)techniques to enhance the responsiveness ofchatbots.
Integrateconversational interfaces with otherAWS services such as Lambda functions S3 andDynamoDB to create seamless endtoendsolutions.
UtilizeAWS CloudFormation for infrastructure as code(IaC) to automate deployment andscaling of conversational AIapplications.
Trainand optimize NLPmodelsto improve the accuracy and efficiency of languageunderstanding inchatbots.
Stayupdated on the latest advancements inNLP andincorporate best practices into the developmentprocess.
Manageand analyse data generated by conversational interfaces to gaininsights into user behaviour andpreferences.
Collaboratewith data scientists to refine models and improve theoverall performance ofconversational AIapplications.
Stayinformed about industry trends and advancements in ConversationalAI and AWSservices.
Proactivelyidentify opportunities for improvement in existing conversationalinterfaces and contribute to iterative developmentcycles.

Requirements
Requirements

Bachelors or master s degree in computer science Engineering or a relatedfield.
Provenexperience in developing conversational interfacesusing AWS services especiallyAmazonLex.
Strongprogramming skills in languages such asPython Java .
Solidunderstanding of natural languageprocessing (NLP) concepts andtechniques.
Experiencewith cloudbased development and deployment particularly onAWS.
Familiaritywith machine learning frameworksand libraries is aplus.
Excellentproblemsolving and communicationskills.
Abilityto work collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic teamenvironment.
