    • Front-End Development:
    • Lead the development of responsive and scalable user interfaces using
    • Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver visually appealing and highly functional web applications.
    • Architecture and Design:
    • Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
    • Code Quality and Performance:
    • Ensure the codebase is maintainable, scalable, and meets high-performance standards.
    • Conduct code reviews to guarantee best practices are followed and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
    • Participate in discussions to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
    • Problem Solving:
    • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and challenges.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
    • Documentation:
    • Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and integrations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Senior React Developer or similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of and its core principles.
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
    • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and modern frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack).
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
    • Ability to write efficient, secure, and well-documented code.
    • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
