Responsibilities:

• The Chef must be a Multitalented Person.
• Prepare and cook a range of Dishes within the specified time
• Work closely with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items and ensure that customerfeedback is incorporated into future menu offerings.
• Manage the kit, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing the work of other kitchen staff.
• Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with established recipes and standards, and is of the highest quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.

Requirements:

• 10th, 12th, or Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as anSouth Indian Chef
• Prepare and cook authentic Indian meals, including idli, sambhar, and other dishes as required.
• Indepth knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients, with a particular focus on Indian cuisine.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate kitchen staff.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering highquality, authentic South Indian cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
