Description
Responsibilities:
- The Chef must be a Multitalented Person.
- Prepare and cook a range of Dishes within the specified time
- Work closely with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items and ensure that customerfeedback is incorporated into future menu offerings.
- Manage the kit, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing the work of other kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with established recipes and standards, and is of the highest quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
Requirements:
- 10th, 12th, or Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as anSouth Indian Chef
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian meals, including idli, sambhar, and other dishes as required.
- Indepth knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients, with a particular focus on Indian cuisine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate kitchen staff.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering highquality, authentic South Indian cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.

₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
