Graphic Designer - Image enhancement

Introduction
Nangloi and West Prints LLP is a graphic print and framing company based in
Nangloi, New Delhi. We have around 6,00,000 listings on Amazon and are also listed on several other ecommerce websites. We use only 100% reusable materials and use only eco-solvent printing. We aim to reduce the dependance on plastic across the industry by becoming economically viable in using eco-friendly materials.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer in our on-site or remote working Image
Enhancement Team with the following requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance images for daytoday operations as well as to enhance the design portfolio
Adhering to deadlines and assuring the quality of the work.
Understanding the market requirements and suggesting design themes.
Working with the rest of the team to assure timely delivery of quality work.
Communicate with leadership and give constructive suggestions.

Qualifications:

Graphic design and image enhancement experience of 23 years.
Photoshop (and similar) skills are required. Python or other programming languages are preferred.
Strong people skills and ability to build lasting relationships through networking.
Ambitious and ability to work in teams.

Remuneration:

1,50,000 + incentive or 2,40,000 per annum

Profile:

Young, Energetic recent graduate with the ability to work in a flexible and flat organisational structure
Proactive and strong personality
Proven experience in graphic design, web development or similar job profiles.

Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
